Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing or downloading any digital product from Northern Range Digital ("we", "us", "our") at northernrangedigital.com, you ("the buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our products.

2. Commercial License

Each purchase grants you a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the purchased template or digital product. Under this license you may:

• ✓ Use the product for unlimited personal and commercial projects
• ✓ Modify and customize the code to suit your needs
• ✓ Use it to build products and services for clients
• ✓ Use it as the foundation for SaaS products

You may not:

• ✗ Resell, redistribute, or share the template with others
• ✗ Sublicense or transfer your license to another party
• ✗ Use the template to create competing template products for sale
• ✗ Claim the original template as your own work
• ✗ Make the template publicly available for free download

3. Free Templates

Free templates available on our GitHub are released under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, and sublicense them freely. Attribution is appreciated but not required.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record. Prices are listed in US dollars. By completing a purchase you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered. 6. Intellectual Property

All templates and digital products sold by Northern Range Digital are the intellectual property of Northern Range Digital. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it as defined in these terms — it does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the products will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free. We make no guarantees regarding compatibility with third-party services, frameworks, or environments beyond those stated in the product documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northern Range Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
