No Refund Policy

All sales of digital products from Northern Range Digital are final. Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of our products — including starter templates and other downloadable assets — we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered.

Why We Have This Policy

Unlike physical goods, digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned. Once you have access to the files, the product cannot be "given back." This policy exists to protect the integrity of our products and the sustainability of our business.

Before You Buy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Before buying, we encourage you to:

• — Review the tech stack requirements to ensure compatibility with your project
• — Check our free starter template on GitHub to get a feel for our code quality and approach
• — Contact us with any questions before purchasing

Exceptions

While our policy is no refunds, we will review the following situations on a case-by-case basis:

• — Duplicate purchase — if you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge
• — Non-delivery — if you did not receive your product after purchase, contact us immediately and we will resolve it
